Vacation time is considered a perk among employers. It’s your time to use when you need to get out of time, have appointments you need to tend to, or you need a mental health day. Not all of us get to take days off at a whim and scheduling time off in advance is a requirement. For those of you that are overworked a little time off is a great thing. It’s being prepared to ignore your emails and work reminders that will be difficult to endure.

Guilt. Some of us have it, and others don’t when it’s time to take some vacation days. In order to have a successful and stress-free vacation it’s important for some to be organized and have a plan before going out. For others, all you need is an out of office message. To help simplify the process, and to remove some of that guilt you may be feeling, is James Thompson.
