Don’t Fall Into Anxiety

With summer walking out the backdoor there tends to be a  new set of stresses and excitement to look forward to in the upcoming season of fall. In parts of the states where it tends to get cold we anticipate cold fronts, spending more money on heat and sweaters, and the kids back in school (if you have them). And with the change in weather, and the leaves, there sometimes comes anxiety.
