Be Selfish. Really.

Not in a bad, refusing to share, taddling on your sibling kind of selfish.

We mean be selfish when it comes to your career.  Do what’s best for you.  Make moves and decisions that impact the healthy and stability of your career and your company.

Sometimes it’s tough to make decisions without worrying about how they impact others — in this situation, your coworkers.  At the end of the day there is one person you’re able to be responsible for and in control of, and that’s yourself.  So do what you can to be the best you  you can be!
